Join a comprehensive baseball practice led by our SFBA staff focusing on 6 different aspects of baseball! Our Seeds 6 practices will cover a combination of the following during each hour. 

• Players will be broken up into age and skill-appropriate groups during each hour. 
• Pitching and Throwing Mechanics 
• Base Running with Speed Training
• Fielding Ground Balls 
• Catching Fly Balls 
• Hitting Front toss pitches 
• Hitting Velocity pitches 

Age 7-13 

Wednesday from 6-7 pm 
Starting September 7, 2022

• Seeds Sandlot Game
